Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Why are the colours limited for some styles

We rely on suppliers to provide the garments which meet our guidelines. We prefer Organic garments but these do not have such as wider range of colours as non-organic items. This can also differ between Mens / Unisex garments, Women’s and Kids which are outside of our control.
In some cases, we only select colours which match the brand of the print or where we do a collaboration with a particular partner.

Why does my garment have an odor when delivered?

When receiving a new garment with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a temporary vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process. The fixation agent or pre-treatment is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond to the fabric. There are non-odorous alternatives but they are not environmentally friendly.

Our printed products which are made to order, use industry-leading eco-friendly printers using water based eco-friendly inks that are vegan friendly and not tested on animals. As a result, your garment may have a distinct smell which will disappear after the first wash or when leaving out to hang for a few days.
